Well, you probably already guessed it – but a lot of us are now playing World of Warcraft while Square Enix pull their finger out and fix Final Fantasy XI. I hear recently that Voidwatch has proved to be a challenge – and a good one at that. Assuming the developers keep up the addition of such content until the maximum level; there’s a possbility DryRoot will return to Leviathan. Until then, it’s Firelands progression for us WoW noobs, and our first Beth kill. Fantastic.
Kamery did her standard freakout on Skype when we won (after like 15 attempts), but this time she remembered to mute. Sadly there was no Despot 2.0 moment!

We’re not dead, we’re still alive and breathing!
You wouldn’t be wrong for thinking the opposite, though. At this point in the game, I’m not seeing much of a reason to update the front page with our achievements, simply because everything is so easy to attain.
In the past 12 weeks, we’ve finished upgrading everyones Relic to Lv.90, finished a couple more Empyreans, and bucket loads of AF+2. On top of this, we’ve been killing Tiamat, DI, SW as usual. Nothing really notable.
At this point, we’re looking to recruit 2-3 high calibre players for the much anticipated Voidwatch system. We’re anticipating it won’t need a MNK and a WHM with Atmas to win, and if we’re wrong we’ll likely cancel the recruitment. For now, however, if you’re interested in joining a long running Linkshell to experience some of the newly announced content, you can apply via our forums, or send a tell to Dazusu, Rizko, or Arasuta in-game.
Bang tidy!
There’s been a distinct lack of updates on the front page for the past month – and that’s because it’s really not worth posting the “accomplishments” the Linkshell makes anymore; because they’re all too easily attainable. We’ve been killing Ixions, Sandworms, Tiamats, Khimairas, and just about everything that Abyssea has to offer with well over 300 pieces of AF3+2 complete now between members.
Congratulations to Iwfym, Yurimi (Twashtar), Mikeh, Dazusu, Arasuta (Almace) and Rizko on their Empyrean Weapons.
At this point, we’re also looking to recruit full time support jobs; if you’re a WHM or BRD and can make the majority of our events (Friday->Wednesday, Thursday free day from 6:30pm-Midnight GMT) send me a /tell in game, or post an application formally on our forums. We’ll get back to you shortly.
Now that the Christmas (sorry if I offended you by saying Christmas) holidays are here, I actually have a few moments to update the front page. We’ve ploughed through a lot of Abyssea the past few weeks, killed Pandemonium Warden and Absolute Virtue while generally just having fun. I’ve been lax on the picture taking, so just one or two for you. Hopefully I can remember who won what items….. Meh!
Abyssea – Altepa had been a lot of fun, but we ended up riding it dry by running it so much. No real challenges in this zone – aside from Rani; which if killed quickly will never be as tough as its made out to be.

I never did become familiar with the layout of Grauberg [S], the only time I ever ventured there was to kill Dark Ixion. Learning to navigate the zone has been fun, and the mobs there just as interesting (*derp*). Not many ‘items’ from this zone, but a lot of AF3+2 completed. More on this at the end of the post.

What a busy week it’s been – 40 pieces of gear obtained – most of the week spent in Abyssea and some spent in Sea. We have finished 48 pieces of AF+2 so far.
We also won our 9th Absolute Virtue, which seen Castonell get an Aureole; and below that is a picture of Nanorii’s Aureole from the week before.
We found Sippoy chilling four times during our venture into Abyssea. Kohar, Mikeh and Siman all won Ravager’s Orbs
In addition to that, Solanis, Lingus, Nanorii and Mikeh won an Aoidos’ Matinee
